The geometry of the newly constructed residential building in Vienna's Döbling district clearly references the historical architectural context and existing surroundings; this is further emphasized by the building's horizontal positioning on the hillside. The individual wings of the building, which comprise a total of seven residential units, are arranged around a spacious garden courtyard with a swimming pool. The artist Eva Beresin developed detailed designs for this project, including kitchen designs, storage spaces, and wardrobes.
