The new Ötztal Ach Bridge, with a length of 144.6 meters, differs from the old bridge, which was straight, in that it is built with a curved radius of 800 meters, enabling a driving speed of 100 km/h. The design consists of a semi-integral composite box girder with a total length of 144.6 meters and three spans. The middle span is 60.6 meters long, while the side spans each cover 42 meters. The piers and abutments are strikingly designed and give the structure a distinctive appearance, also thanks to the use of contrasting colors.
