BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

A barrier-free bridge for pedestrians and cyclists.
Through the asymmetrical disposition of both bridge piers and fanned arrangement of the
suspension cables, a powerline-form silhouette emerges and spans horizontally across the river danube from the towns of Linz and Urfahr. 275 meters long and fully suspended.
On the right bank: The 100 meter-high white spindle-shaped pier “Linz”, between Brucknerhaus and Lentos Art Museum.
On the left bank: The curvilinear form double-pier “Urfahr”.
In between: The bridge wing suspended by steel cables fanning outward.
