Built in the 1930s according to plans by architect Michael Rosenauer, this listed building served as a branch of the Dorotheum auction house for decades. The renovation leaves the façade largely untouched and focuses on internal thermal optimization. Together with the owners, a utilization concept was developed in which office lofts were created for creative companies and start-ups in order to further develop and integrate the extraordinary, listed interior structure of the former pawnshop rather than overforming it.
